Our Willow Guarantee

We believe in the viability of willows and trust in your green thumb! We assume you’ve done your due diligence before purchasing and have familiarized yourself with what will be required for successful planting. We try to work with everyone, but can’t be liable for mistakes on your part if best practices aren’t followed.

Sometimes, through noone’s fault, a cutting or rod simply doesn’t take root. That’s OK! This happens. We offer replacements for failed products provided our planting instructions are adhered to. Replacements will be sent during the next year’s harvest. Before we send replacements, you will need to provide:

  • The email used to make the order, the transaction number or order number, and name.
  • Photos of the cuttings/rods as they’re planted. Do NOT dig them up. This is vital.
  • A nominal shipping fee.

We will NOT replace any products without photos.

We do NOT offer cash back! We make the final determination if replacements are to be provided.

We will do everything we can to find an equitable solution to any issue that arises. We’re human, you’re human, and at the end of the day we want there to be smiles all around.

 

Substitutions for Collections

If a substitution is necessary for a collection it will be of a willow with similar characteristics. A missing caprea will be subbed in with a different caprea, for instance. When substituting a variety we will also do our best to ensure it is not of anything else you may have also purchased.
