This collection is designed to be a rainbow hedge that will be 30 feet in length if planted in 2 rows with 18 inch spacing.
substitutions will be made in the event of crop failure – were this to occur we will also ensure it is not of anything else you may have also purchased.
The collection has 7 varieties of willow. Each variety comes in a bundle of 5 dormant cuttings. The cuttings are 10 inches in length. The cuttings are designed to plant 8 inches into the ground with 2 inches above ground. When weather conditions are ideal, the dormant cutting will begin to root and grow shoots, eventually growing into a shrub when coppiced. Coppice every one to two years to maintain bright stem color and shrub height (4-6 ft).
