A hidden gem in our nursery. The smallest willow we offer, ‘Arenaria’ puts on quite a fun display. In Winter it’s stems take on a gnarled, sad look. Once the weather warms, those stems pick themselves up and take on the appearance you see before you! Check back for photos of this dramatic transformation! Would make for quite an attractive row along your sidewalk or driveway. It earns the nickname “Bridal Rice” because the catkins are little things, like rice sprinkled about.
